The customer service is unmatched in town, pricing is comparable (if not better) and the convenience of making a phone call and having supplies delivered is the absolute best! They’ve even become our go to for school supplies simply because life is busy and they bring a new level of ease in managing all of the details!

5/5 stars (from Google) – In 2014 Western Office Eqip. Helped me with my treasured 1980’s IBM Wheelwriter 5. They tried to fix it, but I had let it get so dirty that it was beyond repair. They helped me find a duplicate at a reasonable cost. I have they highest regard for this company. Hint: use a big plastic bag and cut it to size for a dust cover. Don’t wait, cover it now.
